  • It's Your Story.
Maybe it's Time to Tell It.
    To Reclaim It.
    To Change It.

    Welcome!

Many things come up throughout our day that need our attention (e.g. the kids, the house, school, work, bills, the car), often pushing aside the one thing that needs ever more attention, our well-being or sometimes that of our family. While we do this, not wanting to become a burden to those we love, the problems we are putting off can slowly grow and become entrenched, draining us of the vital energy and enthusiasm we need to take on all of the other challenges we face.

Continuing to drag these difficulties along with you can get in the way of you accomplishing your goals. You may begin to feel as though your life has less meaning and that you are not living your life fully. Changes, loss, heartache, lack of confidence, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, important decisions, and other hurdles can show up in anyone’s life.  When these things begin to take a toll on your happiness, satisfaction or optimal functioning it can be very helpful to have a supportive guide to help you navigate these challenging times.

I know seeking help can be difficult… You’ve likely been debating about seeking help for months, if not years; but, I’m so glad you have taken the courageous first step of being here and exploring the possibilities.

My wish is that one day we won’t have to call it brave, talking openly about mental health. We’ll simply call it talking.

Together we can work to equip you with the necessary tools to help you face and overcome your challenges. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety disorders (mild – severe) including PTSD and OCD, depression, relationship discord, issues with personal growth, substance use, marital infidelity and family of origin issues, or feelings of loss & grief, loneliness, sadness, and feeling a lack of purpose in your life, it is important that you know you don’t have to be alone in this journey. I have the experience to help you achieve your goals, overcome these struggles, and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I understand no two individuals are the same, and we will tailor your sessions together to address the challenges that are unique to you. We will work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address them with long-lasting solutions and coping strategies, with the goal of helping you get closer to the life you’ve always wanted.

If you’re ready to work towards the life you’ve always wanted, I’m here to help you. Please contact me today and let’s get started.
